This website introduces Liceno, explains its approach to software licensing and supports discussions about a private beta. Product examples and diagrams illustrate that approach. Features described as planned or under evaluation are not promises of present availability.

Browsing this website or expressing interest does not purchase a subscription, grant access to a beta or create a support agreement. Any evaluation, software licence, paid service or service-level commitment will be covered by the specific terms provided for that arrangement before it begins. These website terms do not replace those agreements.

Using the website

You may browse the website, link to its public pages and use the information to assess Liceno. Please use it lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not attempt to compromise the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or disrupt its availability.

If you contact us, provide information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer records or confidential material that is unnecessary for an initial discussion.

Intellectual property

Rights in original website text, graphics, branding and code belong to O2CS&I or the relevant rights holders. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners; mentioning them does not imply endorsement or an available integration.

Specific licences and attribution notices govern third-party components and any materials explicitly supplied under a separate licence. These website terms do not restrict rights those licences or applicable law grant you. Other reuse requiring permission should be addressed to the publisher.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the information accurate and useful and may update it as Liceno develops. Please confirm any capability essential to your project with us before relying on it for a purchase or deployment decision.

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of an incident. External links lead to services operated by their respective providers, whose terms and privacy information apply there. Nothing in this notice excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy and communications

The privacy policy explains website delivery, enquiries, the separate newsletter and your data rights. A beta enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter subscription is optional and must include a way to unsubscribe.

Questions and applicable law

For a question about this website or its content, contact O2CS&I using the publisher details above. These website terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. The competent courts are determined by applicable law; this notice does not impose an exclusive court on visitors.

Updates

The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Updated website information does not retroactively change a separate agreement you have with O2CS&I.
